Going to take this mother fuckin' bee fortress down in about an hour or so...
I'm hoping the 20' spray claim on the label is legit.
UPDATE: it does not! Got them good though! Follow up shock and awe mission in 10

That's accessible enough to get a bucket with a lid and send it out with tomorrow's garbage.

Heh.. the lead image on Oppo only shows the fire alarm pull, not the hornets' nest. I was going to reply with a diatribe convincing you to not do it... Then I clicked the link and saw the nest... Dood - good luck with that! Just don't pull the alarm inadvertently.

Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

what about a hefty trash bag? Come up from the bottom then close it around the base of the nest and cut it off. Seal it off then deliver your new wasp bomb at your closest enemy's dwelling.

The only thing worse than angry wasps/bees are angry, flaming wasps/bees.
The first rule of combat with fire is to insure that the wind is with you (just like peeing!) And the second rule is to make sure that the fire completely destroys the enemy. Remember if you just set your enemy on fire you now have a flaming enemy to fight.

I thought about trying to spray from my car so I could drive away, but it's on the wrong side of the pole!

There are some helpful (and some not so helpful) hints here........especially wearing protective clothing and to spray at night. http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-a-W…

BRILLIANT! Save yourself a bucket and just use a trash can and a lid to contain it.

just realized that means lighting a fire alarm on fire... Is that a bad thing? It seems wrong

Was clearing out a brush pile earlier today and found a softball sized nest. My brother got full ski gear on, no skin showing, and dug it out. We then shovelled it into a fire and ran like hell. Only got stung when I initially found the nest.

That's awesome! My neighbor had one in his shrubs the size of a BASKETBALL, no joke. He used two cans of spray and beat the shit out of it and it still had live bees coming out of it today.

I just imagine a car driving by, spraying it, burning rubber on the exit in a glorious cloud of tire smoke, pissed off wasps everywhere... aaaand like 15 children playing in a nearby yard. The horror.
